I saw 500g fresh packed mussels in the market yesterday. The moment I arrived home I cooked it by sauteing garlic, onion, ginger and tomatoes in a large casserole. I added 7ml of water then the mussels. I let it boil till the mussels open up and added some salt to taste. I got a great dinner with this specially the hot sip of the broth. Burp! excuse me…
