The oatmeal

Sometimes I eat oatmeal porridge for my breakfast. I love to mix it with hot milk or chocolate with fresh fruits like banana and kiwi. Oatmeal is also a rich source of dietary fiber that helps to reduce cholesterol in the bloodstream. How about you? What do you prepare for your breakfast?

I prepare oatmeal several times a week too. It’s healthier and done in a jiffy.

I’m not a fan of oatmeals but I enjoy them the most during cold, stormy days.

I’ve always liked oatmeal, but I seem to run in streaks when I have it regularly for breakfast. I especially like oatmeal with fresh peaches and cream on top. Mmmmmm…and with the weather getting colder I’m thinking it’s about time to start having that again.
