Tired

I have been so busy with my job and I couldn’t find time to visit the gym. Before, I go there regularly. I even play badminton on weekends. But with my busy schedule for the last two months, I have been lazy to go out and do my physical activities. I am always at home sleeping and eating during my free time. Obviously, what I am pointing out is that I am gaining a lot of weight for the last two months. Not that much but I guess I am going there. My busy schedule will still be the same for the nest three months. I am thinking of buying some fat burners to start with my loosing weight. I need to stop gaining weight fast. My clothes are getting tighter. I don’t want to spend my money with new uniforms again. And besides, I am not too comfortable with my body weight. I feel heavy that is why I stay in bed most of my free time. I easily get tired as well. I don’t want to be like this anymore. I have to do something.
