Getting Fit

My sister in law had increased the time she spent on her dip station because she needed to be fit. She is getting ready for an intercompany sports festival and being the champion in badminton, she needed to defend her crown. Earlier this year, she did not have time to play badminton on a regular basis because of her busy schedule. My sis in lawr had to be an OIC in one of their departments and at the same time an assistant in the MIS department and an independent IT consultant, very busy girl. I hope she can still defend her crown.
