Mom’s Check up

I was late a while ago in going to the clinic to accompany my mom for her check up. She told me to go straight to the clinic after lunch because she is going there. I finished my lunch first before going there. She was already talking to her doctor while a finger pulse oximeter is being attached to her when I arrived. I immediate get in to hear their conversation. I really wanted to know what are the things that she need to do in order for her to avoid going back and forth for consultations when she gets sick. We have to be really careful with her diet and all because she is not getting any younger.
