Welcome spring

Last weekend was the start of spring and I’m glad winter is over. Weekend was also the day of an open market in our place. Since the weather was good, I took the chance to bike and off to the market. I brought fruits and vegetables including fresh strawberries. When I arrived home I prepared a no bake cake, just a ready made tart topped with strawberries and glaze. The tart was perfect for the afternoon coffeetime.
