Planning is one of the keys to succeed. In business, it’s actually one of the basic activities involved in making a successful business endeavor. When make a decision, the first thing to do is to find alternatives then select one to be implemented. It is always make sure that in every plan or decision a manager does, he takes into consideration the furtherance of the company’s goals and objectives. You have to make sure that there is balance between opportunities against the demands made on the company’s resources.
Lately, my friends’s business had to re-establish new process. They had discovered a certain fraud that had been done using their old business process. Someone was so smart enough that he was able to get things done as early as possible. Though at loose, they had found some solutions to this problem, but still there are so many negative things around them. They are just so grateful that the fraudulent activity has stopped already. They may have lost some capital; it’s fine, as long as they make good decisions, their business lives! I believe that it is more beneficial for them all to be inspired to move on. The concept of planning is also, of course, applicable to real life situations.
