So Sorry

Last weekend, I went to the supermarket one hour before the closing time at 10pm. When my turn in the cashier, the scanning machine just stop and didn’t function. The cashier lady was so sorry that she help me packed the groceries back to my cart and brought me to the help counter where I paid my groceries. The staff was again apologetic and gave me bar of chococolate. Like a kid I was calm down eating my sweet choco as I went home.
