Preserve tomatoes

Now, we enjoy fresh tomatoes from our own garden or from the market. But even in winter we still enjoy and like them, we like that feeling and the taste of summer all the time. The easiest way to preserve tomatoes is freezing a simple tomato at the same time it is also the most modern way. Tomatoes can be kept in freezer for at least a year and are ready for use any time, for example for an aromatic tomato soup or a fresh tomato sauce.
