For a fine spicy salt for salads and fish dishes, it is great with sun-dried tomatoes and it is also quite simple and easy to make. Just finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, mix with coarse sea salt and place it in a small container and close it tightly. After about a week, the salt has adopted the typical tomato taste.
