Cauliflower fritters I steamed the cauliflower then chop into small pieces. I added eggs, wheat flour, crushed garlic, parsley, grated cheese, water, salt and pepper. Then I formed them into fritters and cooked it in frying pan until golden brown. For next time I will add some broccoli too.
