We drove in the city last weekend for some errand and when we went home the traffic jam was already long. To keep me busy and not to get bored I just used my camera capturing the city lights. Have a great week ahead of you!

Ice sorbet »

I tried making an ice sorbet using the new product of powder sugar. According to the pack, blend a 500g of fruit and the 200g powder sugar into a puree then freeze in for about 5 hours. I tried stawberries and heres the outcome of the sorbet.
