It’s beach time! My sister used to say, “It’s summer -time to bring down the blinds in the afternoon!” LOL! Yeah, they say sunlight is harmful during ten in the morning to three in the afternoon. You need sun shield when you go out. Even though you want to get tanned, still you need to avoid direct sunlight during these times of the day. Skin diseases caused by the sun is a major health issue. It just means that the ozone layer had deteriorated. It can no longer protect us from the sun’s too much power.
